IKCRI Science Technology Forum (STF)

The Forum’s purpose is to facilitate more communication and collaboration among the Indian and Korean S&T Institutes, Industry partners and academia. IKCRI STF objective is to bring industry and government (Central, State and Local) together to assess areas of combined interest and to discuss how we can work together on science, technology, and innovation.

IKCRI STF is a place to share and discuss the latest developments and happenings in the field of science & technology covering a broad spectrum of conversation as to the innovations, aspirations, applications and machinations that define our era and shape our future. The Forum shall help adoption of a common policy and best practices at a wider scale, ultimately aiming towards a national science communication framework at each nation. The Forum would work upon strategies for effective planning and implementation of science & technology programs at macro and micro levels in both countries to spread scientific awareness and inculcate scientific temper amongst the masses leading to an innovation-driven society that contributes towards creative ecosystem

Focus on mechanisms to improve the partnership in the areas of R&D and high technology, including 5G, nuclear energy, solar power generation, space, biotechnology and advanced materials will be discussed. The Forum is expected that R&D leaders and business leaders exchange more information to build mutual benefit. The Center believes this would lead to more substantial cooperation, more joint research programs, and more communication among scientists, researchers, industry partners and institutes
